We have all had colds this week. Coughs and snuffles and shivers. Not enough to cause any real problems, but enough to feel like we just want to curl up on the sofa and sleep. The weather being cold and miserable has contributed too, contributing to the thought that we just want to barricade ourselves inside and wrap ourselves up.
Princess has found the best snoozing place. Behind that sofa is a radiator, so she has taken the most comfortable, warm spot of all, even though she is the only one without a cold.
This is also when we truly appreciate having a new house, which effortlessly reaches a warm temperature and stays there!
I know you are just gloating…my house still freezing, but our cat is fine too sleeping by the rad!!
Yet I’d swap back in an instant, ice on the inside notwithstanding. Still, practicalities…
