Double diggingI got to discover how deep the topsoil layer is here. That’s it. One spade depth.

I now have a plot dug, 1.5m by 1.5m. It’s not quite an allotment, but it’s progress. I’ll get two more dug this spring, so we can plant more than just squashes.
